Director of Development. She has been an invaluable asset in
the area
of fundraising, as well as using her organization skills in
assisting the overall operations of Homescapes. She recently
was promoted to Director of Development where her duties include
managing public and private grant operations and the various
donor programs.
She is from Northeastern PA. and is a graduate of Abington
Heights High School where she was active in her youth group
and attended leadership seminars, conventions, and was a participant
in numerous volunteer efforts. A graduate of Ithaca College,
Mrs. Lee earned a BA in History.
Moving to the Philadelphia area six years ago, Mrs. Lee got
her start in the non-profit sector while volunteering at an
environmental education center. Enjoying her volunteer position,
she soon became a full time employee when a position opened
in the development office. Taking on greater responsibilities
in that position, Mrs. Lee quickly became the person who took
charge in organizing and managing the numerous fundraising
activities of that non-profit organization. Along with her
fundraising and organizational skills, she also brings with
her event planning and specialized fundraising skills.
